The surfing season starts in April and lasts until November, when the eastern swells fill the area and create particularly long and high-quality waves, along with offshore winds.

Beyond the breathtaking beauty, Mozambique offers a rich culture with a Portuguese influence, vibrant biodiversity and a relaxed atmosphere that will leave you wanting more. Mozambique enjoys a tropical climate with warm temperatures throughout the year (24-27) with the water temperature hovering around 30 degrees.
All travelers are required to issue a visa before arriving in the country.
The spoken language is Portuguese but English is certainly accepted in the tourist areas.
The official currency is the Mozambican Metical (MZN), but US Dollars and Euros are accepted in most places.

Our trips
We offer guided tours between the two main surfing towns – Punta D’Oro and Tofino.
The trips include pickup from the airport and close guiding by a team of South African guides who live in Mozambique and have rich experience in the area.
We will stay in villas and eat in local restaurants, where the main thing is to surf all day with a minimal crowd in the water!
